Not satisfied; I expected more from this premium product and brand. I previously owned a WMF 800 for 16 years and was very happy with it.
The machine is far too slow in terms of operation and preparation time. For example, after preparing a drink, you have to read the message "Enjoy your drink" for a long time, preventing you from selecting or preparing the next beverage. The coffee rinsing option is unacceptable; I expect a rinse cycle after every use, for hygiene reasons, not just before the next use. The control panel is huge, but the actual display is too small! The drip tray is of poor quality. I'm curious to see if this machine will last 16 years like my previous WMF 800. Frankly, I expected more from such a premium product. Beautiful machine with an annoying flaw
bought the machine primarily because of its beautiful design. It's a real highlight among my kitchen appliances. The numerous brewing programs are also great, and the coffee/espresso tastes good. Now for the really annoying problem. Every time I run the recommended cleaning cycle (not descaling) with the cleaning tablets, the software freezes and asks me to clean the drip tray. But that doesn't help. I always end up back at this deadlock. I sent the machine in for repair. After that, it was a little better. It didn't happen all the time. But now it's happening again. I have to leave the machine for a few days and hope it works again. Customer service suggested drying the contacts on the drip tray. But that doesn't always help either. I hope this problem doesn't occur for other users.

Disappointing
Coffee spout for 120 ml coffee is positioned much too high, causing splashing with standard cup sizes; crema has many bubbles; inconsistent coffee quantity when using the 2-cup function; tea water preparation is very noisy and splashes; milk froth quantity for specialty coffees is not optimally adjustable.

I previously had the WMF 1000 pro, of course there's no comparison. It feels much slower now and requires more effort, but for private use it's very good.

The machine has been working perfectly so far; my children have the same model, but unfortunately they've already had to replace it due to a leak, and the new one has the same problem. I hope mine stays leak-free.

The machine doesn't convince me.
The machine is generally very good, but it takes far too long to be ready; even a cappuccino takes much too long. The predecessor of this coffee machine was significantly better in terms of both cleaning and speed.
