Extremely disappointing – broken after only 2 months!
bought this machine with high expectations, but it broke down after only two months of use! The grinder stopped working after just one month, and despite contacting WMF customer service, they only offered a possible repair. This is absolutely unacceptable for a product of this price range and brand. The machine now makes a disturbing noise when it's running. It's obvious that this product is defective. I am very disappointed by the lack of a solution and the refusal to offer a replacement or a refund.

The first model delivered couldn't even get warm, and getting a replacement took almost half a year. I'm extremely disappointed with the expensive purchase and even more so with the customer service. The new machine at least makes hot coffee, but the price-performance ratio still doesn't make sense to me.

Faulty and no response
The machine itself is great. However, after four months it's leaking; a lot of water is seeping out the side. I suppose it's understandable that a device might be defective. Unfortunately, the complaint only received an automated response, and there has been no further action. Completely unacceptable. Even after a follow-up inquiry, there has been no response. These days, you have to be pretty hard to afford this kind of service!

Easy to use. Top quality. Adding milk is simple, even directly from the milk carton. The coffee machine is quiet. In short, it's a pleasure to prepare a coffee or tea in the morning.

The machine was ordered online, and after one hour I received a notification that it was ready for delivery at the store. The machine was put into operation immediately. Installation was incredibly easy. The coffee preparation is excellent.
I would buy it again immediately.
