Loved it!
I'd wanted a grill for ages, but when I saw this one, I knew I had to have it! I love how lightweight it is (it's really compact), I also like that you can cook with two independent temperatures, and that EVERYTHING is dishwasher safe!

the "end" after the warranty period has barely expired
Nice design, but poorly implemented electrical connection. No on/off switch means the plates get so hot as soon as you plug them in that you can't touch them, even with the controls set to "off". After about 2.5 years, it stopped working due to overheating (dry summer weather in June 2023). The contact area of one half of the grill plate was charred, and the guide T-pieces had melted, so the heating plate could only be removed by force. Irreparable! My profession: Chamber of Industry and Commerce (IHK) expert – any questions?

great grill
Very elegant design! It's very easy to use and clean afterwards. The grilling results (lamb chops, etc.) were fantastic, as the heat was high and perfectly adequate. I'm happy and satisfied.

Grill is great, WMF's complaints department is complicated.
The grill is great, I'd buy it again in a heartbeat. However, after just one cleaning (with a damp cloth, no cleaning agent), the numbers on the temperature controls started to peel off. We tried to return it, but after three attempts, we gave up. We kept getting the same response (please photograph everything and submit it). We did this every time. We won't be buying anything from WMF again.

Elegant & High-quality
The Master Grill is very high quality and elegant. It's practical for home use, for small parties with family and friends… I can highly recommend it.

Grilling at the highest level
We've used all kinds of grills, but none were as easy to use as the Lono Master. It's quick to set up, doesn't smoke, is easy to clean, delivers excellent grilling results, and has a beautiful design. This is our second Lono grill. The thermostat on the left side of our first one broke after three years. Despite this, we chose the Lono Master again because of its many advantages. Ordering and delivery through the WMF shop worked perfectly.

Unstable side handles
The right handle broke off completely when lifting it under load. The design is very poorly conceived and cheaply made. The left handle also seems unstable.
