Windbreak
used this device once; it grills well, but the windscreen is very loose and comes out of its holder if you touch it, so I returned it.

The control knob was greasy! When I cleaned it with a damp cloth (without cleaning agents), the printed numbers disappeared. I'm a premium customer, but I wouldn't buy this grill again.

Super grilling fun
The grill is easy to use and delivers great grilling results thanks to the individually adjustable plates. Stylish design. Cleaning (by hand) is simple.

Not so great
It's true that the grill is easy to clean, but sausages don't get as crispy as they should. The splash guard at the back is great, but it still splashes out at the front. Unfortunately, suitable accessories aren't available. That's a shame. Next time I'll look for something else.

Lono - Disappointing
This grill didn't even last three years. The left plate stays cold. The right plate no longer heats up completely. Thermostats aren't available as spare parts – so it's all going in the trash! What a waste – never again.

Grills great with minor flaws
We opted for a new grill because we were looking for something easier to clean. The grill is easy to assemble and quick to set up. The separately heated plates are a definite plus; you can sear meat or fish on one side while cooking bread or burgers on the other. However, I find the plates to be quite delicate. Small scratches appeared after just the first use, even though we used a plastic spatula. After the truly effortless cleaning (washing by hand since we don't have a dishwasher), the plates are a bit awkward to dry because of the numerous grooves, including those on the back where the heating elements are located. The included splash guard (the two stainless steel strips) is actually very practical; with a little practice, it's easy to install and clean. It would be convenient if it could be stored on the grill when not in use.

Barbecue after work
This is the second grill of this type I've bought: first for the holiday apartment – because only smokeless grilling is allowed on the balcony. Now the second grill for home. It's just the two of us now, and it's like a game – what and how should we grill today?! A holiday feeling at home!

Not so great
Large enough for 4-5 grillers, heats up slowly, not as easy to clean as expected, and the coarse sausages don't get properly crispy. I wouldn't buy this item again.

High-quality grill
It's very well made. What I personally find very good is that you can use both grill plates independently. This allows you to set different temperatures on each side.
