The pan is excellent for frying. The heat distribution is very good. The only downside is that cleaning it is extremely difficult. Because the sides of the pan aren't coated, the grease practically burns on, making cleaning incredibly time-consuming. You can't get the grease off with regular dish soap, and I had to buy a special cleaner. Now I have to scrub the pan for 20 minutes after every meal. For €90, I simply expect easier maintenance!

I've had this pan for a year. Overall, I'm quite satisfied with it. It's well-suited for vegetables, meat, fried potatoes, and even scrambled and fried eggs work well. Cleaning is very easy. However, I find it very inconvenient that if you briefly lift the heated pan on an induction cooktop and then put it down again, the pan loses its magnetic field, and the induction cooktop switches off after a short time. Only after lifting and putting it down several times does the magnetic field rebuild. This is quite annoying and wastes time. I have no explanation for why this happens. Other pans that I've used for years don't have this problem. Therefore, it can't be due to the new cooktop; the cooktop is only two years old. For this reason, I wouldn't buy this pan again. Another point I don't like is that the non-stick coating on the pouring rim already has a few scratches. I'm careful not to tap the spoon against the rim, as described in the instruction manual. Somehow, despite my utmost care, the scratches have appeared. It's not really bad, but I don't like it on an expensive pan.

I'm very happy with the pan; the saleswoman in Würzburg gave us excellent advice, which is why I bought this pan and I'm very satisfied with it. I can highly recommend it.
