I'd been eyeing this pan at the WMF Fish Hall for over three years and finally bought it when WMF offered further discounts. I haven't regretted the purchase for a second and am just as thrilled with it as I was on day one. I've never had a better pan. Whether it's fish, crêpes, or fried potatoes, nothing sticks. I always fry with just a little clarified butter or sweet cream butter, never with any kind of oil. Even with little or no fat, I've never experienced any food sticking. TIP... if you're ever in Geislingen an der Steige, you can see the pan in action in the WMF Fish Hall's demonstration kitchen on Saturdays and have them show you how to use it properly.

Pan with excellent frying results
With this pan, WMF offers a top-class product. The price-performance ratio is absolutely right. I've tried many pans, but with the Profi Resist, I finally have a pan in my kitchen that not only cooks meat, but also fish and fried potatoes perfectly. I simply cannot understand the criticisms, for example, about food sticking. Of course, this pan isn't a perpetual motion machine; you can't just turn on the stove and everything will happen by itself. The name "Profi" says it all, in my opinion: cooking with a bit of know-how is required, which also includes knowledge of the materials used. Anyone frying fish should know how to cook it properly. And otherwise, a glance at the instruction manual will help.
