A truly professional-grade pan. It practically cleans itself, thanks to its outstanding non-stick coating. The heat retention and conductivity are almost too good; you have to be careful to reduce the heat early and significantly to prevent it from overheating.

The pan has a good weight and feels comfortable in the hand. Cooking results with meat and fish are good, but there's still room for improvement. You have to experiment with the temperature to find the right setting. Be careful not to set it too hot. I have an induction cooktop, so I can adjust the heat quickly. The pan failed miserably when it came to scrambled eggs. Everything worked fine on the non-stick coating, but everything stuck to the stainless steel rim. Consequently, cleaning is a real challenge. Simply wiping it out isn't enough. This is also true for other foods. I wash it by hand, and I have pans that are much, much easier to clean and produce equally good results. I can't comment on how it performs in the dishwasher. For the price, I wouldn't buy this pan again unless WMF extends the non-stick coating all the way to the rim.

I've ruined all my pans. This one has survived everything so far. It's only suitable for pancakes and fried eggs to a limited extent. However, it's unbeatable for vegetables and meat. Scrambled eggs also turn out well. You do have to keep an eye on it, though. My recommendation: You should definitely buy this pan.

Top quality, great satisfaction

It all starts with the question of what you want. I was looking for a pan that was non-stick, induction-compatible, durable, had good heat distribution, and a flat cooking surface so the oil wouldn't run to the sides. Although the hybrid non-stick coating isn't 100% as effective as a pure Teflon coating, the pan's durability and robust construction make it a good compromise for me. The pan is very easy to clean. After a long search, I've finally found this great pan.

The Two Worlds pan is a very good product. I first bought the smaller pan to try it out. It was recommended to me by another customer. Since it's so good, I had to get the larger pan too. The frying results are superb. It cools down quickly and is easy to clean. I highly recommend it.

…and that's the only criticism: the handle itself gets so hot at the front end that you need a glove. We hadn't experienced this with previous WMF products. This is actually a major drawback, as only a cool or at most warm handle is acceptable. Sometimes the pan heats unevenly. However, this is due to the pan's design, as the behavior isn't consistent. With a better handle or an interchangeable handle system, it would receive 4 stars. So, it can be improved.

Excellent non-stick coating that works perfectly for all types of food. You can cook with very little oil. The food "floats" on the non-stick coating, even at high heat. It's an expensive purchase, but a pan for life if you take proper care of it.

I bought this item because it won the product test. I've used it once so far and have been very satisfied. It's a very heavy pan (a plus) and nothing actually sticks. I hope it stays that way!

Delivery times were excellent. However, since we're only giving the item as a Christmas present, we can't comment on the quality yet. Visually, though, the quality seems great!
