The design is nice, and the results are partly satisfactory. However, the containers must be tightened precisely (not too tightly, not too loosely) because otherwise they will come loose when removed from the mixer, and the entire contents will spill onto the mixer.

Just great!!!
I've had it for three years now, and I use it almost every day. It's simply fantastic. And two months ago I bought one for my son. He's also completely satisfied. I'd buy it again in a heartbeat!

Blade keeps sticking to base but can be removed
The blade lid stuck in the base in first use. Hard to get it out but possible. I used rubber gloves (or anything with rubber) and put my thumbs along the side of the stuck lid, and turn it while pressing hard. Almost gave this product a one star but since I can get the lid out, not anymore. Other than the lid problem, this product works perfectly. The blades are strong enough to cut through even frozen fruits.

Nice mixer, but with signs of wear.
It's a very nice blender that works well. Unfortunately, it arrived with signs of use, and I tried contacting WMF several times but never received a response. So, I'm satisfied with the product itself, but not at all with the customer service!

Small, handy, great size and perfect for quickly preparing smoothies, even with frozen fruit or ice cubes.

Small but mighty
The blender is perfect for making smoothies, easy to use and clean. It's great that you can also use the blender bottle as a drinking bottle. The only drawback is that you have to screw the bottle on very tightly so it doesn't come loose when you remove the blade assembly.
