I've been waiting for a return receipt for weeks.
bought the product at Rewe. It was defective immediately upon first use (so much for quality). The WMF store told us to send it back. A return label will be sent to us either by mail or email. So far, nothing has happened. We haven't been able to make smoothies since. Very disappointing. We might as well just buy the product from Shenzhen.

The knife wears out very quickly.
My daughter loves the Smoothy, it's a cool gadget, but unfortunately the blades became dull after only a short time. Sadly, I can't find any replacement parts and therefore have to throw the whole thing away – not exactly what you'd expect in this age of environmental protection and recycling!

Unfortunately, my sealing ring is also in 3 pieces.
A very nice, small mixer that doesn't take up too much space and does its job well. Unfortunately, the seal on mine is also broken, and I really hope it's possible to order a replacement.
