We use the blender several times a day. Whether for mixing drinks/shakes or with the small attachment for chopping/shredding. Even for grating Parmesan cheese. A fantastic kitchen helper!!!

Hi everyone, I can only praise this appliance. We've had it for about 1.5 years now and it still works perfectly, just like it did when we first got it. We don't baby it at all; we slice frozen fruits and vegetables with everything that fits in it... and we've never had a problem. You can definitely still have a conversation even with the noise level; just speak a little louder. If it breaks down, well, for €29.90 in 1.5 years, that's perfectly fine.

I've had this blender for a year now. I didn't want a huge blender, but something for just one serving, for when I'm out and about or have a quick snack. This blender is perfect for me. It takes up little space, the 0.6L capacity is a good size, and the top part doubles as a drinking bottle. I rarely put very hard things in it, but nuts work great, and ice cubes have been no problem so far. Since I use the blender regularly, I'm now looking for another attachment/container for when one is in the dishwasher. But I also find it's generally easy to clean by hand.

After one year of use, several defects: First, the water bottle became dull, then it cracked from a piece of Parmesan cheese (I fixed it with tape and continued using it), but now the thread (on the underside of the blade assembly, the part you screw into the blender) has stripped. It smells like it's melted when you turn it on, and of course, the blade no longer turns. It's a cheap plastic mechanism (crucial for its function!) encased in a fancy Chomargan sleeve (a waste of material for marketing purposes). It's a shame you can't upload pictures here. I agree with the remaining descriptions of defects: 1.) The bottle is difficult to clean due to the grooves, 2.) The bottle leaks when held upside down (making transport impossible), 3.) Because of the small bottle diameter, it only mixes small quantities (you have to lift the entire unit and shake it to get everything to the blades), 4.) Sometimes difficult to remove from the unit, 5.) Gets (too) hot quickly during extended use (>30 seconds). Like many others, I bought the appliance in 2018 because it was a "good" test winner in Stiftung Warentest's 2016 tests. Presumably, they got the only good unit! Or WMF took advantage of the increased sales and cut corners on quality. Speaking of quality: the WMF Group hasn't been a German quality brand for a long time; for example, they've been sourcing their cutlery from China since 2010 – they're living off the glory of bygone days. This can easily be found on Wikipedia.

A replacement seal is available at a*.*! With a little searching, you'll find one at discount retailers that sell the same mixer!!! Unfortunately, zero stars isn't an option!

It's very regrettable that a company like WMF doesn't offer replacement seals for this mixer. The statement in the store, "You can just buy a new blade; the seal comes with it!" is unacceptable to me—especially considering keywords like "sustainability"! I'm used to better from WMF. But it seems their quality and service are suffering here too!

Screwing the mixing container with the blade assembly onto the drive unit went smoothly... but after mixing, the mixing container immediately unscrewed itself from the blade assembly, which remained in the drive unit, and all the mixture spilled onto the countertop and floor within seconds. Now I can't get the blade assembly out of the motor unit.

The sealing ring broke after only a short time. Unfortunately, there are no replacements available anywhere. Stay away from this cheap junk. WMF is getting a bad reputation with this product. If I could give it less than one star...
