Without sticking
I'm rather impatient when it comes to cooking, meaning my fried potatoes and fritters usually never turn out right! But with this pan, they do...great! The handle does get hot, though, so I'll have to remember that.

I immediately fried the Cordon Bleu; you really need much less fat, and it had an even, crispy browning.

A very good frying pan (induction compatible)
The first thing I did with it was make egg pancakes. You really need very little oil, and the pan reacts quickly to changes in the induction hob's power level. I didn't use the highest setting ("level 7 out of 9") and then turned it down a bit. If you wait until the pancake releases itself, you can easily flip it. Therefore, you shouldn't use the highest heat setting with these pans. This is, of course, easiest with gas and induction hobs. I wash the pan by hand with soapy water.

Not convinced
Unfortunately, the pan did not meet my expectations. The uneven heat distribution caused parts of the meat to burn.
