The best pan I know
The advertising for the pan was promising. I bought one and, without even looking at the instructions, made an omelet. Only afterward did I read that the manufacturer doesn't recommend the pan for egg dishes. But it worked perfectly, almost without any oil. I can only imagine that the manufacturer's tester put the eggs in a completely overheated pan. Up until now, I've cleaned all my pans in the dishwasher. This one recommends handwashing. Pour water into a warm pan or warm water into a cold pan, empty it, wipe it out with a paper towel—the pan is clean and ready to go in the cupboard. I then bought three more pans and threw out my old ones.

Works perfectly!
We're really thrilled with our new pan. We bought it primarily for frying meat, but pancakes also turn out great in it. You just have to be a little careful with vegetables; a different model would probably be better suited for that.

Great frying pan
Good heat distribution, heats up quickly. If it lasts as long as its predecessor, it's a clear winner for the ambitious home cook. Unfortunately, the order processing time was 12 days. Very slow for an everyday kitchen item.
