Great pan
This pan is one of the best I've ever owned. It's great for both stir-fries and frying meat, giving them a fantastic crust. The only thing that doesn't work quite as well is scrambled eggs (they tend to stick a bit in the unevenness). I now have three of these pans (two large and one small) and use them constantly. Cleaning them is also a breeze.

Recommendation from whom?
The pan has a relatively high weight and makes a high-quality impression. The rim and depth of the pan are on the shallower side, but perfectly adequate for our everyday use with up to four generous portions. The pan heats up very quickly and cooks evenly with excellent results (on an induction cooktop). We are very impressed with the pan and can recommend it. We find the regular price reasonable, and the reduced price of €79.99 is fantastic.

Best pan
I'm absolutely thrilled with this pan. Since I cook every day, the coating on my usual non-stick pans quickly wore out. This coating is durable, and you hardly need any cooking oil. It's a small investment, but it more than pays for itself over time. It's truly fantastic!

My new eyeball
This pan will never go in the dishwasher; it's wonderfully easy to clean with water and a paper towel. It works perfectly for frying. To ensure it lasts a long time—it was quite expensive, after all—I'll treat it as gently as possible.

unsuitable for induction cooking
bought this pan for an induction cooktop. It's not suitable for that. It emits an unbearable high-pitched whine while frying. Unfortunately, food also sticks to the bottom in places. Overall, a disappointment.

Works great
The coating is great, but it could extend higher at the edges. Food sometimes sticks there. It could be a bit lighter, but I'm still very satisfied. The workmanship is top-notch.

Pan for people who like to scrape in the pan
The pan is scratch-resistant and is ideal for people who don't understand the purpose of plastic spatulas or who prefer to cut in coated pans.
