When I bought the kettle, I was thrilled. Not only does it look incredibly stylish, but its functionality is also unbeatable. 1. Acoustic signal after reaching the desired temperature: When the water reaches the set temperature, the kettle emits a subtle, repeated beep – a brilliant idea! Finally, I don't have to wait by the kettle; I can get on with my work and am always gently reminded that it's done – perfect. 2. Pouring: Finally, a kettle that not only boils the water but also has such a good spout that the water always goes exactly where it's supposed to, precisely and with a gentle flow into the jug. I was so impressed that I immediately conducted a short test series in our terraced house – and lo and behold, none of my neighbors spilled a single drop. 3. High-quality workmanship: The kettle has been in use for three years now and still looks practically brand new. It's advisable to clean the limescale deposits occasionally with vinegar essence or similar, and it rewards me with a brilliant shine. My guests are very impressed with this model. 4. WMF customer service: I occasionally lose the somewhat fiddly limescale filter, but the friendly customer service has always sent me a replacement free of charge – that's what excellent customer service looks like. 5. Conclusion – the best kettle in a long time: A great product that I would recommend to any potential customer without hesitation. The ability to adjust the temperature and the optional keep-warm function are extremely practical. A truly fantastic product, and I wish more manufacturers would bring this kind of quality to the market. My sister, my father, and my cousin all bought the same kettle, and they are just as satisfied as I am. I would have loved to give it six stars, but unfortunately, that's not possible. A loud, shrill, unbearable beeping. The acoustic signal repeats endlessly and only stops after about 10 beeps. I usually have to run out immediately just to avoid hearing it again. One or two beeps would have been enough! 2. Pouring: It's impossible to pour water into a container with this kettle without spilling. I've tried everything: fast, slow, medium speed, small angle, large angle. It's impossible. My tea towel has been sitting next to the kettle ever since I got it. My work surface is constantly covered in water stains. To rule out my own stupidity, I had friends use this kettle. None of them managed to pour without spilling. 3. Rust: After a year, the inside of this supposedly great kettle is rusting. It doesn't look very stylish anymore. 4. WMF Customer Service: I sent a complaint email (twice), but haven't received a response in five weeks. This is how you make a customer happy. 5. Conclusion: Absolutely terrible. A poor product that doesn't deserve the name "kettle" in the slightest. Incredibly bad customer service; not even a response is downright rude. The kettle is priced at around €100. For that price, you get a bad product and no product support when you need it. My sister bought the same kettle at the same time, and she has exactly the same problems. The kettle is wonderful, the idea is nice, but it leaks from the bottom and the hole becomes larger with time.

The appliance is good. The so-called "limescale filter" does not fully meet WMF's quality standards.

I use it daily for making tea. Quick, easy, and practical. Its great design also makes it a stylish addition to the kitchen. Highly recommended.

The device is technically superb! The only drawback is the cleaning process for people who don't have particularly delicate hands.
