Good: Attractive design, relatively small footprint, easy to use. Not good: The lid doesn't keep steam far enough away from the handle; when pouring, you have to be careful of the steam and pour gently, otherwise the water runs down the side of the appliance. The hinge on my unit lasted about two years; it broke first on one side, now on the other. Overall, the mechanism is fragile and not very robust. And the appliance was handled with care. It could be repaired if spare parts were available, but it seems the motto here is: "Throwing it away is fun!"

Extremely loud and spills water
I find the design and function of the kettle to be flawless. However, this kettle has defects that I cannot accept at this price point: - After one month, the thing started whistling deafeningly - Water is regularly spilled when pouring.

Actually good, but difficult to clean.
The kettle functions well and looks good. Of course, a glass kettle can get dirty faster and needs to be cleaned more often, and this is precisely what makes it so difficult to clean. The interior is hard to access and uncomfortable due to the rim that supports the infuser, as the rim is made of thin sheet metal with cutouts, and the plastic parts of the hinge can also be painful. This is in stark contrast to the tea-brewing function, which, despite being cleaned immediately afterward, leaves behind permanent tea stains after only three uses. Cleaning ergonomics = 0 points.
