Super
I had two to choose from: the regular one or the LONO. I'm extremely happy with the LONO. The LONO is fast, easy to use, super easy to clean, and what surprised me most is how quiet it is.

Good milk froth but no off switch
We first encountered the small milk frother at a friend's house and were impressed by its ease of use, cleaning, and, of course, the creamy milk foam. Since we often have guests, I opted for the larger milk frother. What can I say? I like the milk foam, but I find it disappointing that a device in this price range doesn't have an on/off switch. In times like these, that's an absolute must. It can't be right that the milk frother is on standby 24/7!

Better than expected
Incredibly good milk foam; the consistency is gourmet quality. Hot chocolate is on a whole new level with this. An absolute top purchase.

Material defect whisk
The milk frother itself is great! Excellent milk foam, but unfortunately, it doesn't last long because the whisk is a complete design flaw. The attachment points are so poorly made that after less than a year and a half, the second whisk has broken into pieces. You can't call this quality, and at this price, it's outrageous! WMF feel perfection... The slogan doesn't live up to the hype here!

Why is there no replacement part?
I'm satisfied with the appliance. However, the whisk broke right after the warranty expired. The tiny solder joints clearly aren't designed for actual use. Question: Why can't I simply order a replacement whisk from WMF? We keep trying, but the experience remains the same: WMF products look great, work perfectly for a short time, and then have to be thrown away completely. I recommend KitchenAid; at least their products can be repaired.

defective milk whisk
...I'm another customer who complained about a defective milk frother. However, mine lasted almost 5 years. Otherwise, the workmanship is very good and the milk froth is outstanding.

poor workmanship
1.) After each use, milk residue burns onto the bottom of the kettle and has to be painstakingly removed with a scraper or a hard sponge; 2.) The whisk is so poorly constructed that it quickly fell apart and cannot be permanently reattached – why wasn't the star-shaped part spot-welded to the spider? I cannot recommend this "test winner".

disappointment
We purchased the appliance in June 2020 via Amazon. The product is really great, but it broke down after a short time and was replaced. Now, two years and two weeks after the warranty expired, it's broken again. Unfortunately, this will probably be my last WMF appliance.
