Whirl - Very annoying - Who came up with that?
I'm now joining the long list of whisk problems – it's actually a great device with excellent frothing results, and then after three years (at least it lasted – other customers found their whisks unusable after just one year) I realized how poorly designed it is. The idea that a German product justifies its price for its superior quality simply doesn't hold true anymore. Next time, I'd rather just buy a Chinese product for half the price. At least then you don't have any false illusions from the start.

Milk froth is great, but the whisk is unfortunately broken.
Our whisk lasted about two years, but that seems to be a clear weak point of the device. And then you can't even find a suitable replacement part here on the website. I would have expected more. But the milk froth is fantastic, I have to give the machine that. :)

Poor quality: My whisk is also defective.
Our whisk also broke after a relatively short time and couldn't be reassembled, rendering the appliance unusable. WMF was unhelpful and is now demanding €25 including shipping for a replacement whisk. We've had no choice but to order the replacement ourselves. It's a shame; this certainly isn't what good customer service looks like.

Lono Milk Frother
The milk frother promised a lot. It's a great product and very easy to use. However, the whisk breaks quickly; I've already replaced it, and it broke again after 12 months. The quality is poor. I wouldn't recommend this frother; the ones from Clooney's Friends are significantly better quality. What a shame.

Super milk foam
This device not only looks great but also makes fantastic milk foam. The only downside is the magnetic milk frother; you mustn't forget to remove it after frothing. Highly recommended.

Perfect milk foam
We previously had a different machine that didn't quite meet our expectations. That's why we opted for this one. What's great about this machine is the removable bowl, which makes cleaning incredibly easy, and the frothing wand is also removable. Perfect! We were also very impressed by how quiet it is compared to other machines. And the milk foam, whether hot or cold, is simply perfect and absolutely delicious. Now we're ready for hot chocolate and milkshakes! Thank you for such a fantastic machine. The price is justified for this quality.

I advise against buying it.
The machine makes good foam when the whisk isn't broken. How can a company with a reputation to uphold install such a piece of junk? And then charge exorbitant prices for the replacement part? And the part that keeps breaking isn't even available separately.
