Squeezed exactly 1 orange...
...then it broke. The motor still hums, but the cone no longer turns. Furthermore, only one pressing cone was included. WMF has obviously never heard of environmental protection. Instead of being packaged in recycled cardboard, the press was wrapped in the worst kind of Styrofoam. As a result, there were white Styrofoam chips flying everywhere. The product, especially the drive mechanism and power transmission, is made of the cheapest, thinnest plastic. The metal exterior is just for show. The quality is worse than comparable products from China. Never again WMF!!! It used to stand for quality!

It does what it's supposed to.
Works well, easy to use. However, some of the individual parts have sharp edges, so you can cut yourself while cleaning.

Missing part
Unfortunately, despite the original packaging, the large pressing cone was missing. Only the small one was included. According to the instruction manual, both pressing cones are supposed to be included. The machine works with the small one, but it was incomplete. Delivery by WMF took place in June 2021. I complained via email, once in June and again in July. To this day (August 11, 2021), I have received no response from WMF! I wanted to avoid a return, but now I'm stuck with the consequences. The machine works, but customer service is nonexistent.

We are very satisfied with the citrus juicer's performance, and cleaning it is also very easy. The only minor drawback is the short power cord. Nevertheless, I would recommend it.
