A really, really cool piece of kit
I've been using this juicer for about three years now. It powerfully extracts all the juice from every citrus fruit. Everything seems very robust; anyone who breaks the spout would have to be completely inept – in my opinion, it's impossible. A locking lid (e.g., a bayonet fitting) would be nice, but not essential.

Disappointing...
The product is poorly designed. The lid doesn't lock into place, so it keeps falling off. This is unacceptable for a product in this price range. The design is okay, but nothing special. The juicer does a decent job of extracting juice from fruit, and that's about it. The container doesn't hold much, and after the third orange, you have to transfer the juice to another container. Transferring the juice is also difficult and messy. There are cheaper juicers that handle this much better. Overall, we got the impression that it's cheap Chinese junk packaged in a nice design and slapped on the obligatory logo. Well, as they say, looks aren't everything, and in this case, there's not much else to like... what a shame! We wouldn't have bought this juicer at the regular price.

The spout repeatedly broke off (plastic), a weak point in the WFM system.
We had to exchange our first unit during the warranty period, but decided to buy this press again. Unfortunately, the plastic spout has broken off again – that's the weak point. We haven't been able to find a replacement part, and WMF hasn't responded to our request for one. I can't recommend it. If the entire part were made of stainless steel, it would be perfect, but WMF doesn't seem to want that.

Junk
On only the second use, something broke inside the machine, apparently causing the spout to lock in the flow position. Now I have to hold the spout down by hand to get the juice to flow. The broken piece was also very fragile. It's obvious that something like this won't last.
