Kleiner Schaden - große Wirkung, on date
I would not buy this device again, even though I was very enthusiastic at first.
Unfortunately, the movable spout (where the juice comes out) isn't available as a spare part. It's not very sustainable to have to throw away a perfectly good device after only a short time, just because a small part has broken or snapped off. Sadly, this happens quite easily!

Thank you... I've now ordered my replacement part... I'm very happy with the machine... I don't know what the others are complaining about... and how they're using it... I've already squeezed 5 kg of oranges... and nothing happened at all... THANK YOU

Unfortunately, it's a complete failure, but it's still a nice device.
The device looks nice, but the cable length is a joke. We've been using the juicer for about three years now. It's suitable for making a glass or two of orange juice. Unfortunately, my wife overdid it a bit last time, and the device smelled strongly of burning. Today's use revealed that the problem isn't limited to scorched insulation; the gearbox also appears to be damaged. Had we carefully read the instructions or the type plate, we would have noticed the short operating time of up to two minutes, and the device might still be usable. Given the current price of under €40, a repair isn't worthwhile, and the juicer is headed for the electronics recycling center.

Huge disappointment
The device is relatively loud and doesn't have a forward/reverse function. It broke down after less than a year of sporadic use. WMF has been unable to provide a replacement for several weeks now – what a shame! All in all, a bad purchase.

Disappointing
Unfortunately, we only used the juicer a few times, and after just a few glasses, the motor suddenly started making loud noises and smelling extremely bad. We are very disappointed!

It doesn't deliver on its promises!!
Bought it 14 days ago, pressed about 5kg of oranges and it's already broken. Never again WMF. I'm so disappointed! Don't buy this machine, that's my advice!!

Design flaw or too weak
We bought the citrus juicer almost a year ago and used it for about four months. From day one, the automatic locking mechanism kept causing it to tip upwards, forcing us to push the spout down to fill the glass. Today, about 2mm of the locking pin broke off, making it impossible to attach. We thought we could simply buy the black plastic container with the spout as a replacement part. No such luck! According to WMF, we'd have to send it in under warranty with the original receipt or buy a new one. Thanks to WMF for doing so much for environmental protection, but for turning the entire appliance into e-waste because of such a simple defect!

I bought it and it was defective right away, and I traveled 150 km for it. I sent it in over a week ago and now it won't be available until mid/February :o( This information only came after I inquired.

Unbelievable! I bought it brand new and it hasn't worked from day one. We've been loyal WMF customers for years. In one day, their reputation is ruined. We will never trust WMF again.
