WMF Perfection 680 Fully Automatic Coffee Machine

Surprised by the high quality of the coffee, the ease of implementation and am afraid as of now all friends want to have the meetings always at our place as of now.

We love everything about it!

Everything is perfect except that the cup quantity is too low in many of the preset options.

I'll have to get my "new kitchen friend" up and running first, but I'm 200% sure we'll become "best friends." I already have the "mini" coffee machine, and I'm never giving it up! WMF simply makes the best household utensils (my current cutlery set celebrated its "55th birthday" in March and is still in perfect condition!).

Our machine will soon be two years old. I'm familiar with the problem with the cleaning tablets. I cut the original cleaning tablet in half so it doesn't get stuck. That's really not good, especially at this high price point. Furthermore, the milk system isn't ideal. Removing the hose from the machine is very difficult. The connector is very thin and cuts your fingers. A drop of olive oil helps. Not a good sign of quality for WMF. The selection of different coffees is excellent, and we've tried them all. However, I can say that the quality of Miele coffee machines is much worse. So, the shortcomings of the WMF machine are minor.

The machine itself is very good, makes excellent coffee, and the milk froth works very well too! It's recommended to clean the coffee filter occasionally with a cleaning tablet! You have to drop it in through the slot from the top. I noticed that it just gets stuck, and then the cleaning process only uses water! I fished three intact tablets out of the slot with tweezers! I find this more than strange and unhealthy, especially if there are chemicals in the coffee! I use the smaller tablets, not the large, flat ones, because there are different types, but nowhere is it explicitly stated which one you need! Of course, I won't get any help with my current issue; customer service is frowned upon in Germany, so now I have to figure out how to clean the machine myself, or throw it away. But if I do, I'll never buy anything from WMF again!

So, my first review couldn't be submitted???? In short: Display defective, milk frother defective. After several consultations, I filed a complaint. Service: 0 points. No information on when it would be picked up or how far along the process was. The QR code didn't work – and they couldn't tell me why. You had to bring a bag with you for pickup! I was supposed to pick it up again in a maximum of two weeks, but that turned into almost two months. The display is still defective – it's supposed to reappear after the software update???? When the new software will be released is also uncertain??? If I could return it now, I would do so immediately. I also have to say, unfortunately. Design: elegant, robust – 10 stars. Everything else: 0. Perhaps this would be different if I had contacted WMF directly...

Easy to set up, beautiful design, and above all, incredibly delicious coffee in many varieties. Our current favorite is Italian cappuccino. It's also easy to clean, and coffee consumption in our office has increased since we installed it. I hope it's the usual WMF quality and that we'll enjoy it for a long time. It's been in use for a week now.

I've had the fully automatic coffee machine for about a year now. I'm extremely satisfied with it as long as it doesn't display any error messages or malfunction. It's easy to use (even for small children) and makes a delicious cup of coffee. The selection of mixed drinks is also commendable, and they taste very good as well. Unfortunately, I've now had to return the machine for the third time within the first year of use. The current repair with the repair service (Trepesch) has been going on for four weeks. Communication is very one-sided, and information is only provided upon request. To date, neither Trepesch nor WMF has been able to give me a target date for when the machine will be repaired. Therefore, I give the machine 4 stars when it works, but the service gets 0. To anyone considering buying a WMF fully automatic coffee machine (not a business model), I offer the following advice: Please research the service for this model online. Unfortunately, I was misled by the well-known service for their business machines.

I've had the fully automatic coffee machine for almost a year now. I'm completely satisfied with the machine itself (as long as it works). It's easy to use, super easy to clean, and the coffee and milk-based coffee drinks taste great. Unfortunately, this is my third warranty claim within the first year. It's currently been in for repairs for four weeks, and I only get an update on its status if I specifically request it. That's not what I call service. Before buying, definitely Google "WWF coffee machine service" and read the reviews. They speak volumes. With non-business coffee machines, the customer is clearly a second-class citizen.
