I received excellent advice at WMF in Erfurt – they explained everything to me, from the functions to the functionality. Very competent and friendly! Unfortunately, I didn't manage to pick up the machine in Erfurt and ordered it online. The shipping with DHL was very bumpy – the machine arrived late and the box was damaged. As for the machine itself – it's mostly plastic, but visually very appealing. There's a great selection of coffee varieties, and they're delicious! It's only been in use for two days, but so far everything is fine. Easy to use.

very good machine
The fully automatic coffee machine is easy to use and therefore very user-friendly. The selection of coffees is extensive. Each coffee can be individually adjusted in terms of strength and quantity. I highly recommend this machine. We purchased it at the Westfield Centro shopping center in Oberhausen. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable.

Disappointment! The device arrived damaged and defective. None of its functions work properly. It doesn't fill the glass, overheats, and is very loud. My initial review wasn't published. I immediately filed a warranty claim the same day. Not recommended.

Great fully automatic coffee machine
Not only is the design superb and stands out from the competition, but the coffee experience is exceptional. Fifteen different specialty coffees, all perfectly customizable to individual tastes. Highly recommended!

The machine makes a high-quality impression and produces good coffee.
What I consider negative: - no holder for the milk hose after use; I attached a self-adhesive plastic hook to the side panel. - there is a milk frothing program, but simply heating milk, for example for hot chocolate, is not possible. ☹️ - since the coffee machine is often placed in a niche, it would be desirable if the water reservoir were illuminated. What I consider positive: - the quality of the coffee crema is very good to my taste.
