Very loud and weak crema
This machine is very loud when making caffè crema compared to other fully automatic coffee machines. The crema is weak and thin. When frothing milk, the machine immediately goes into error mode due to overheating and smells of warm plastic. Not recommended.

Perfect fully automatic coffee machine
We are so glad we chose the WMF perfection 680. Every coffee tastes absolutely delicious, and maintaining the machine is incredibly easy.

More was promised
The maximum cup capacity of 180ml is too small. The machine was sold to us as being particularly quiet, but it isn't. Water constantly leaks from underneath the machine and out the front. It's unclear where it's coming from.

Nice device, but already broken after 3 days.
Purchased online, picked up in store. So far, so good. After three days, no more milk froth, but lots of steam from the water nozzle. Now it's supposed to be sent in for repair. I'm skeptical about the outcome, especially since pickup will take a week and the repair is also supposed to take two weeks.

This is a top-quality product.
From delivery and payment processing to the first cup of coffee, I'm absolutely thrilled with the machine. The explanation I received at the WMF store in Dresden Altmarkt was excellent, and I was able to confirm this experience at home. Compared to my previous machines, it's a fantastic improvement in the coffee department. Many thanks to all the WMF employees.

So far, so good!
Very fast delivery. Plugged it in and off we went. The instructions and coffee programs are easy to set and program via the clearly legible display. Everything is explained very clearly. The first coffee wasn't quite to my taste, but after adjusting the settings, everything is perfect now. Even the milk froth. Now it just needs to prove the durability I expect. And another very positive point: easy cleaning.
