For people with too much time on their hands
First off: This isn't my first fully automatic coffee machine. And I'm absolutely disappointed. This little machine is truly the princess of fully automatic machines, demanding daily care and cleaning, even though it's supposed to be self-cleaning. Rinsing cycles take forever, and you're expected to empty the grounds container after every single use. In my opinion, it consumes far too much water and energy by constantly refilling the machine. The brewing unit works reliably, but unfortunately, you can't adjust the temperature on the milk frother, so the plant-based milk often curdles. The amount of milk dispensed isn't adjustable either. Overall, I expected more in this price range. And I don't want to spend 10 minutes fiddling with my coffee machine before work just to get a simple cup of coffee. I previously had a 10-year-old Krups machine that didn't have a milk frother, but the difference in effort is quite surprising. All in all, it unfortunately creates more work for me than it saves.

Pure coffee enjoyment
An easy-to-use fully automatic coffee machine – everything is self-explanatory. A good start to the day for me begins with coffee! And it tastes simply wonderful from this machine. The delightful aroma that fills the air during preparation makes the whole experience a real treat. The design perfectly matches my personal taste. I especially love the ambient lighting.

Superb coffee experience
Many coffee programs, easy to clean, user-friendly. The only thing that leaves something to be desired so far is the crema. It's there after brewing, but then disappears very quickly, leaving you with a black coffee without crema.

Great machine, but…
The machine is very high quality. It makes good coffee, regardless of the specialty you choose. However, unlike my previous WMF 800 (which served me well for over 10 years), this machine is very, very, very slow. The warm-up time is acceptable, but the brewing process feels like it takes forever. Even the option of quickly brewing a second coffee is thwarted by a friendly "Enjoy your coffee." This "slowing-down" approach is counterproductive when several people want to enjoy their coffee at the same time. There is clearly room for improvement here. The service indicators are very good, and the operation is intuitive.
