I'm extremely happy with the new coffee machine, and the cleaning process is completely automatic... In short: Highly recommended!!

The machine impresses with its design, range of functions, modern display, and, after approximately 30-50 beverage servings, with good coffee specialties. Areas for improvement: 1. Too loud. 2. No software updates. 3. Instructions are inadequate and could be supplemented with: 3a. How are the different specialties prepared? 3b. Specify temperatures T1/T2/T3 in degrees Celsius. 3c. Which grind setting from 1-5 is coarse or fine? 3d. Strength settings are only visible for beans 1-4. Details on how many grams are ground for each setting should be added. 3e. Explanation of why the taste is initially not convincing with the factory settings. Initially, the taste is only good with grind setting 1, strength 4 beans, and a smaller serving size. 3f. Tips for beginners are missing; these should be added. 4. Display and Programming: 4a. Saved specialties on profiles are only displayed when the beverage is dispensed and cannot be changed afterward. This could be improved by adding a display option and allowing changes. 4b. The grind setting could be displayed on the screen. 4c. Several displays become annoying after a short time, as they are routine and yet cannot be deactivated (e.g., place a container with at least 650ml underneath, remove the milk tube for rinsing...). These displays could be deactivated via software, possibly in the profiles by profile users. 4d. The messages "Refill water" and "Empty grounds container soon" appear far too early, even when there is still enough water in the container and the grounds container is only 1/3-1/2 full. 5. Hardware 5a. The LED on the bottom of the housing should be a single color and very bright; perhaps make it multi-colored and dimmable (this would certainly appeal to many customers). 5b. The height adjustment of the coffee spout is good, but the lower limit is still too high for espresso cups. 5c. The two dispensing nipples of the coffee spout are too far apart for espresso cups; they should be moved closer together. 5d. Perhaps include a spare hose for the milk system. 5e. The bean hopper cover does not feel high-quality; the plastic tabs could easily break. 5f. Cleaning the drip tray is awkward; the plastic cover feels fragile and brittle rather than high-quality -> make it more robust/sturdy. 5g. The drip tray vibrates/rattles occasionally when dispensing drinks -> adjust the design. 5h. The dominant WMF logo on the coffee spout is subjectively "overdone." A subtle brand logo on the display would be sufficient and would make the machine appear more premium. 6. Other 6a. The milk froth could be a bit more compact.
