Italian pizza feeling at home
Since I got the WMF Pizzaiolo Pro, I don't want to use a regular oven anymore. The pizza is ready in just a minute and a half and perfectly crispy, with a crust just like in Italy. The automatic rotating function works great, and the stone retains heat perfectly. Cleaning is quick and easy, too. Simply brilliant.

Poor workmanship
After just one use, the metal sheet warped on the inside. The pizza stone no longer gets clean. The scraper has such sharp edges that it scratches the pizza stone.

Pizza better than in many restaurants
Assembly: The oven is very easy to assemble. Due to its weight, I recommend doing it with two people if possible. It's much easier that way. After setting it up, you simply need to attach the round stone in the middle, place a smaller stone on each side, and install the batteries at the bottom of the housing. Then you're ready to start heating. A large pizza peel is also included. Batteries are not included. Operation: The oven reaches temperature very quickly. This can be easily regulated using the rotary knob. Once the stone is heated, you can activate the button for automatic stone rotation. This works wonderfully in practice and ensures truly even browning across the entire pizza. The pizza is then ready after about 60-90 seconds. My very first pizza in it unfortunately turned out a bit dark, as I hadn't expected it to cook so quickly. Baking result: The pizza turns out really well. Nice crispy base and edges, toppings hot and cooked through. In comparison, many pizzas from pizzerias taste like cardboard. Even the slightly burnt pizza was delicious, and all the others were even better. Thanks to the short baking time, you can really prepare a lot of pizzas in a short amount of time. This means the oven is perfect for larger gatherings. Most people will spend more time topping their pizzas than it takes to cook them. In conclusion: I can wholeheartedly recommend this oven. Anyone who enjoys baking pizza and has the space for it certainly won't be disappointed. The intense heat and the rotating stone ensure fantastic results.

Pizzeria quality in your own home
As a passionate home pizza baker who has tried quite a few ovens, I have to say: the WMF Pizzaolo Pro is definitely one of the best appliances for home use. It combines high-quality workmanship with sophisticated technology and delivers results you'd normally only expect from a good pizzeria. You notice the quality as soon as you set it up – solid housing, clean workmanship, no wobbly parts. The appliance is compact enough for the kitchen, yet still packs a punch. After switching it on, it preheats to the high temperatures essential for a truly crispy pizza base in just a few minutes. Many other household appliances fall far short and produce more of a "baked" pizza. The Pizzaolo, on the other hand, easily reaches the heat needed to bake the dough crispy and airy in a short time. It's incredibly easy to use: roll out the dough, add the toppings, slide it in – and after 3-5 minutes you have a pizza that can easily compete with your favorite pizzeria in terms of taste. The base gets the perfect golden-brown color, the crust (cornicione) rises beautifully, and the toppings stay fresh because the baking time is so short. This appliance is ideal for thin, Italian-style pizzas. But thicker doughs or flatbreads can also be prepared without any problems, thanks to the finely adjustable temperature. What I particularly like is the even heat distribution. There are no "hot spots," and the pizza doesn't need to be constantly turned – a clear advantage over some other models. Cleaning is also pleasantly simple: a quick wipe after it cools down, and it's ready to use again. Of course, it doesn't replace a 400-degree stone oven from Italy, but for home use, what WMF delivers here is truly impressive. The price is absolutely justified when you consider how often you'll use it and the quality you get. In short: anyone who seriously loves pizza and wants to achieve results at home like they're made in Italy can hardly do without the WMF Pizzaolo Pro. For me, it's become an indispensable appliance – and a real game-changer for every pizza night.

Super pizza oven with over 400°C
I've used the appliance several times now. Initially, I tried using parchment paper, like when grilling, but the crust didn't get crispy at the high temperatures. So, I bought all the necessary ingredients to make an authentic Neapolitan pizza in the oven. This works very well once you find the perfect moment to take it out, and it feels like being on vacation. The automatic turntable effectively prevents burning, as you can quickly remove the pizza as soon as it starts to burn, and it turns out perfectly. Now, a few comments about the packaging and the appliance itself. The packaging is excellent, and the appliance feels heavier than a bag of cement, which speaks to its high quality. The black coating probably won't stay scratch-free for long; a stainless steel version would be preferable, as would a suitable cover. According to the instructions, the appliance should be stored indoors, so I assume a cover wasn't included. I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to enjoy pizza like you're on vacation.

A great introduction to the world of pizza makers
To begin with, I've had several years of experience baking pizza with friends and family. So, as far as pizza dough is concerned, I don't need to experiment much. For the first test run with the new pizza oven, I used a Neapolitan dough with a 48-hour fermentation time. But let's start at the beginning – unpacking the pizza oven. It arrived very well packaged in an extremely sturdy cardboard box. The three-piece pizza stone was also wrapped in thick bubble wrap. Therefore, it should arrive at everyone's home undamaged and without any problems, as it did mine. Surprisingly, a pizza peel was even included. Assembly after unpacking is really straightforward and takes only a few minutes. The only drawback here is that I wish batteries had been included. According to the instructions, the first step after assembly is to burn off the oven for two hours. Since some admittedly unpleasant odors dissipate during this time, I consider this step essential. After that, the pizza oven is ready to use and can be loaded with pizzas. In use, it quickly becomes clear that the included pizza peel is, at least in my opinion, somewhat oversized. Someone clearly meant well and designed the peel to fill the entire interior. This unfortunately leaves no room for any finesse when placing the raw pizza. But don't worry – because the pizza stone rotates, this is only a minor drawback for me. No further intervention is required during baking. With a little practice in setting the time and temperature on the device, the result is a perfectly browned pizza. Sufficient preheating time is essential to ensure the pizza stone gets hot enough and the pizza comes out of the oven nicely browned on the bottom as well. In summary, the WMF Pizzaiolo Pro is a really excellent entry-level pizza oven. For the price, you absolutely can't go wrong – especially with the easy operation thanks to the rotating disc. What I do miss, however, is a suitable protective cover – although available separately – so that the pizza oven can be stored outdoors. First, you need to have space to store it in your apartment.

The WMF Pizzaolo Pro pizza oven is fun
The WMF Pizzaiolo Pro pizza oven is fun to use and delivers perfect results. It heats up in about 16 minutes and reaches a temperature of around 400 degrees Celsius. The temperature is maintained well, and the exterior doesn't get too hot. The rotating turntable feature made a very positive impression and produced perfect pizzas. Whether classic or whole wheat, they were baked to perfection – crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside, just the way we like them. There's hardly anything to criticize; personally, I think the hose to the gas cylinder could be longer, and the pizza peel takes some getting used to, or isn't quite to my liking. You need to be able to reach quite a bit to put the oven away, but that doesn't bother me. I highly recommend this oven; all my guests were thrilled with the pizzas from the WMF Pizzaiolo Pro.

Klasse Pizza delivers pizza like in Italy
I've owned the WMF Pizzaiolo Pro for about two weeks now and I'm still extremely impressed. Unpacking and setting it up was incredibly easy. It's essential to season it for an extended period at the highest setting before the first use. The pizza oven delivers outstanding results. The rotating pizza stone ensures even baking, eliminating the need to manually turn the pizza. The temperature distribution is very consistent. My only minor criticism is the pizza oven's foldable legs. While this is advantageous for space-saving storage, it makes it more difficult to transport on your own, as the legs don't lock securely into place. Despite this minor issue, I wholeheartedly recommend the WMF Pizzaiolo Pro and would recommend it to my friends and family.
