Perfect pizza in minutes: the WMF Pizzaiolo Pro
I've been using the WMF Pizzaiolo Pro gas pizza oven for about a week now and am very satisfied overall. The oven makes a great first impression with its high-quality workmanship, robust stainless steel housing, solid control knobs, and a modern look that fits well on the patio. Assembly was straightforward, the gas connection was easy to establish, and the oven was ready to use within minutes. Baking results: The oven quickly reaches high temperatures of around 500°C, which is crucial for authentic Neapolitan pizzas. With a little practice, I can bake pizzas perfectly in just 60–90 seconds: crispy on the outside, airy on the inside. I particularly like the even heat distribution and the rotating pizza stone, which prevents one side from burning while the other remains raw. Operation: It's easy to use, although it does require a bit of finesse with the gas control to maintain the optimal temperature. The large baking opening is a nice feature, allowing for comfortable operation. One minor drawback: If baking for an extended period, the housing gets very hot, so you have to be very careful. Cleaning: The pizza stone is easy to remove and clean, and the stainless steel housing is also easy to maintain. Only in the corners do residues sometimes get stuck, which should be removed with a brush. Conclusion: The WMF Pizzaiolo Pro gas pizza oven is an excellent choice for anyone who values authentic pizza with a genuine stone oven feel. It is easy to use, delivers extremely fast and impressive results, and scores points for its high-quality workmanship. A professional appliance for ambitious home pizza makers, with a price that, while on the higher end, is justified by its performance.

I've now tried out the WMF Pizzaiolo Pro outdoor gas pizza oven a few times and would like to share my initial impressions. Setup & Operation: The pizza oven was ready to use in no time – connect the gas, ignite it, and it reached a high temperature within minutes. Operation is very straightforward: set the temperature control, let it preheat briefly, and you're good to go. I particularly appreciate the oven's stability and the substantial feel of the stainless steel housing. Pizza Baking Experience: I have to admit that I had to experiment a bit with the temperature to achieve the perfect result for me. On my first attempt, I was surprised how quickly the pizza was ready – after about two minutes, I had a beautifully browned crust and melted cheese. With a little practice, I learned to check the dough at the right time. The automatic rotating plate eliminates the need to manually turn the pizza. However, at high heat settings, the pizza rotates too slowly and burns quickly. The base becomes nice and crispy, and the edges develop that typical stone-oven character with the leopard-print pattern. Results: The results speak for themselves (and taste amazing): crispy bases, airy edges, and fantastic flavor. I baked both classic Margherita pizzas and some more experimental ones – all turned out evenly, though I did get a few burnt spots. I especially appreciate that the oven stays consistently hot, even when baking several pizzas in a row. It really does that exceptionally well. Initial conclusion: Easy to use, quick heat-up time, and truly authentic results – exactly what you'd expect from an outdoor pizza oven. One drawback is the included pizza peel. Pizza like in Italy
"Pizza like in Italy" – that's WMF's promise for the Pizzaiolo Pro pizza oven (which means something like "professional pizza maker"). But can the Pizzaiolo live up to its promise? In my opinion: a resounding yes! The Pizzaiolo completely won me over visually. With its slightly matte finish and simple design, it looks very elegant and high-quality. Only the legs fold a little too easily – I would prefer a more secure locking mechanism. A matching cover included in the package would also be practical, especially since the pizza oven is only intended for outdoor use (unfortunately, this has to be purchased separately). Installation was self-explanatory, and after the initial burn-in, I was able to start right away. The pizza oven quickly reached the required 400°C, which is conveniently displayed on the integrated thermometer. I was able to use this time to roll out my pizza dough and add the toppings. Another plus: the included "pizza like in Italy" – that's WMF's promise for the Pizzaiolo Pro pizza oven (which means something like "professional pizza maker"). And sure enough: after about 90 seconds, the pizza was beautifully browned, crispy on the outside, with a thin crust and creamy cheese – the perfect Neapolitan pizza. I'm thrilled! We enjoyed delicious pizza on a beautiful summer day and brought a taste of Italy to our balcony. The Pizzaiolo is a real asset to our outdoor kitchen and is incredibly easy to use. I'm particularly impressed with the rotating pizza stone, as it ensures even browning. In the future, I'm looking forward to trying smaller pizzas or pizza rolls – the large pizza stone offers so many possibilities. A fantastic product!

Best pizza ever!
The pizza oven was easy to set up and use. It heats up quickly and is ready to go in no time. It takes a little practice getting the pizza off the peel, but then you can really enjoy it. After 90 seconds the pizza is ready, which is fantastic, and you can quickly make pizzas for everyone in succession. Simply delicious, the best pizza we've ever made.

The best pizza oven I've ever had
I've owned quite a few pizza ovens, and as they say, you get what you pay for… Now I've finally found the perfect one! It's very high quality, and even larger pizzas fit perfectly. I've also tried other things, like a steak, which turned out great. Highly recommended!

love pizza – and I spent ages looking for an appliance that would allow me to achieve near-perfect results at home, comparable to my favorite Italian restaurant. The WMF Pizzaiolo Pro not only met my expectations but exceeded them! Even just unpacking it, I had the feeling I was holding a truly high-quality product.
