Top quality - but no replacements available.
I've had the press for 15 years and consider it indestructible. That would normally warrant 5 stars. HOWEVER, I'm not happy that the sieve isn't available for purchase separately. I used to buy individual parts quite often. For this shortcoming, I'd only give it 2 stars. WMF really should be able to address this in this price range – for the sake of customer satisfaction and sustainability. Unfortunately, their quality has declined in recent years. Please improve this – small parts are easily thrown away.

Very satisfied - but I won't buy it again.
I've had the press for 15 years and consider it indestructible. I think the quality is excellent. HOWEVER: WMF really should be able to manage the spare parts supply (sieve) – sustainability and customer service are key. Unfortunately, this has declined in recent years.
