Do not buy
The plastic housing of the grinder mechanism failed after only around two years of normal use. The worst part is, WMF are unwilling to rectify the problem and continue to sell this product knowing there is an obvious defect. Quite simply, it shows they do not value their customers and or take their commitment to sustainability seriously.

Beautiful appearance, poor quality
I was initially impressed by the "Nature" spice mill set because of its stylish design and high-quality ceramic grinding mechanism. Unfortunately, the grinding mechanism is mounted in a plastic holder, which broke after only a few months of use as a pepper mill. According to WMF, replacement parts are unavailable, and a warranty claim was rejected due to the lack of a proof of purchase. Furthermore, customer service pointed out that the much-advertised 10-year warranty applies exclusively to the ceramic grinding mechanism. This is very frustrating, as the mill's weakness is clearly not in the grinding mechanism itself, but in its holder. The quality and customer service failed to meet my expectations for a high-quality WMF spice mill, so I cannot recommend this product.

Very good spice mills
I was looking for good spice mills with ceramic grinding mechanisms and didn't want to spend a fortune. I've had a spice mill from this manufacturer for at least 10 years with the same grinding mechanism, so I opted for the duo. Highly recommended.

Visually appealing, but poorly made.
Visually, the two mills are very attractive. Unfortunately, that's where the enjoyment ends. The wooden lids have a rubber seal that keeps popping back up. While peppercorns are ground well, coarse salt is almost impossible to measure accurately. Even on the finest grind setting, far too much salt comes out. I like WMF products because of their quality. Unfortunately, this product doesn't live up to that reputation.

Nature is beautiful
happily exchanged my standard WMF grinders with the black plastic handles for the wooden ones, which are simply beautiful. Unfortunately, the glass on one grinder was broken, but the shop in the AEZ shopping center replaced it without any fuss. Excellent service!! Thank you!

One star...
I'm giving it one star because there's nothing visually wrong with it... Otherwise, it's unusable. The first lens broke after one day, and the second after five days, at the twist-off closure. Probably a material defect. What a shame.
